June 19, 2008: Princess is doing wonderfully, she is such a little pistol!  She is highly intelligent and is she ever sensitive!  She is a hard one to desensitize to different things, but once she gets it, she's ok forever it seems.  We have been ponying her for about 2 weeks now, she has already learned to load in the trailer and we have taken her on short trips with Dixie.  She crosses streams and will go anywhere.  We try to expose her to as much as we can.  She has been eating grass for a couple of weeks, and is already eating some food (we feed her some foal-lac pellets with just a little sweet feed).  She measures 17" from mid knee to coronet band, alot of folks say that converts to 17 hands when she grows up, we'll see.  She measures 12 H, 1 " now.  And she still has great action, high headed and gaits like a charm.  Has a great canter, too.
