Indy  1 Hour Old

We sold this wonderful mare to Judy Brewer of Paint Lick, KY.  Judy wants to continue the "blue" color line and has chosen Fender as part of her program.  We sold Fender in foal to Indigo Blue and she foaled a big, beautiful blue roan colt (Shades of Indigo) for Judy on May 10, 2007!

Wanted to share some photos of our newest & earliest arrival.... May 10thy approx 5 am delivery of a baby boy!! ...  Mom is doing well & nursing, baby is wobbly and figuring things out !!.... Mom loves attention, spent brushing & rubbing her with a towel in between rubbing the baby - loves her treats too !!

" Indy"... he is such a dream to be around & his mom is just the best !! ... we have a foal halter on him and he plays and leads a bit... let's us rub all over him -- he loves to come up to us when we squat down & he gives me little kisses ( at least that's what I call it .. he just nuzzles his lips up to mine - no nipping)....my husband is just crazy over him! Mom is so good & has passed that great trait over to her baby.... May 21, 2007
